The only problem with the hanging leg raises ab workouts method is that it’s a very hard stuff and probably may not even be the best ab workouts for women given to how hard it can be to achieve up to 10 thrusts by an average woman since this needs a great upper body strength, even for men, the technique is also hard for them, you need a really great upper body strength in other to carry this out and this makes it a NO GO option for many people.

Ab Workouts Technique #2 – Sit up!

Sit up just like the hanging leg raises is another great ab workouts technique that is known to get you some good results, unlike the hanging leg raises, sit up is more easier to do workout with and though sit up workout technique works the body “ground up”, it’s still effective as the “bottom up” workout strategy unlike the “top down” workout strategies used in ab workouts press ups which literally does almost  nothing to your abs.

Sit up ab workouts technique is NOT exactly the easiest stuff for anybody and the higher the number you go, the harder the whole experience becomes even if you are a fitness professional, the truth is that if you have mastered the art behind sit up ab workouts, you may easily do up to 20 sit ups in one round but going higher than that can become very hard, stressful and can even be dangerous as it leads to the tearing of muscles among some individuals especially the women.

Though a lot of people can do up to 100 situps in a day but this is as boring as hell and can take you up around 1 – 3 hours depending on your resistance and energy to achieve such a huge number and counting that the results of such number can be so minimal, I won’t exactly recommend it as my best option in ab workouts instead, I will prefer to go something better and simpler…
